Dear Friends and Colleagues,

Thank you in advance for taking a moment
to read the following AccuScore business update. We have great momentum
going into the 2009 NFL season and this progress is
only a sign on what’s to come in the future.

National Media Partnerships

For the 2009 – 2010 sports calendar,
AccuScore has established relationships with and will be providing various
products to the following national media outlets:

  • ESPN which includes: ESPN.com,
ESPN TV, ESPN The Magazine, ESPN Insider, ESPN Fantasy

In addition to the list above, we are working
on a few other national partnerships that I will share with you once
the deals are in place.

Local Media Partnerships

The penetration into local TV and Newspapers has increased substantially thanks to the success of last years’ local

The AccuScore Forecast is quickly becoming
a standard cross platform sports product encompassing web and TV elements. Many of the above stations will be using data and elements in news casts,
sports segments, as well as full sports shows.

AccuScore.com

Since transitioning AccuScore.com from
a partial pay / partial free site to a pure subscriptions site, we have
seen revenues increase on average by 200% for each month compared to
the 2008 calendar year. We anticipate that this momentum and growth
will sustain throughout the 2009 calendar year given the positive steps
we have taken to attract new visitors as well as convert existing members.

In the next few months we anticipate
the momentum we currently have above to translate into triple
digit revenue growth and increased brand awareness. We would like
to thank all those who continue to support us and if there is anything
that we can do to help your business, please let us know.

Best regards,

Jason Manasse
